Privacy notice
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This notice explains how the Sparelane marketing website handles early-access registrations and related information while the product is still being built.
What we collect
Consumer waitlist submissions may include first name, email, country, selected use cases, optional referral code, and consent choices. Merchant early-access submissions may include contact details, company information, approximate transaction volume, optional provider and challenge notes, discovery-call interest, and consent choices. Contact form submissions may include your name, email, optional company, topic and message.
We may also store limited attribution data such as UTM parameters, a referral code, landing page path and browser referrer when available. We may store a hashed network signal for abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses in the waitlist record when hashing is configured, and we do not store Turnstile tokens.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage early-access lists, send confirmation emails, follow up with merchant discovery leads when relevant, understand how people find Sparelane, and protect the forms from abuse.
Service providers
The website may rely on hosting, database, email delivery and bot protection providers. Current categories include application hosting, PostgreSQL database hosting, transactional email and Cloudflare Turnstile. International service providers may be involved.
Payment card details
No payment card details are collected by this marketing website. Sparelane is not processing payments through this site.
Retention, access and deletion
Waitlist records are retained while early access and product discovery remain active, unless a deletion request is completed earlier. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the address below.
Marketing consent and unsubscribe
Marketing communications are only intended where consent has been provided. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or via the email preferences page.
